Doing Business with the Free Ride Transit System
Click on the links below for more information.
Each year the Free Ride administers procurements for needed supplies, services, and equipment. Contract amounts vary from year to year. While most procurements are based on low bid or best value, the Free Ride has a thorough process for evaluating and selecting our contractors/suppliers to ensure that they have the experience and capabilities to handle our new vehicle, systems, and supply procurements. Current open solicitations are posted on the Free Ride website.
The DBE Program is designed to promote business opportunities for firms owned by minority, women and other disadvantaged individuals and which are certified as DBEs through the Colorado Unified Certification Program (UCP) and CDOT’s Center for Equal Opportunity. The objective of the DBE Program is to support equal access to Free Ride’s contracting opportunities for DBE firms to compete for awards and procurements as contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and providers of goods and services. We encourage you to view our DBE information.
